John Codrington

John has been associated with the finance and mortgage industry for twenty five years. His industry background covers a diverse range of experience such as mortgages, equipment finance, business loans, equity and capital raising, construction finance, development finance, personal loans, motor vehicle rental and leasing to name a few. John's focus has been on assisting clients to achieve their aspirations. In his role as Senior Loans Manager, he has developed a reputation of being able get the impossible done, with miracles taking a little longer when it is possible. John specialises in the self employed market, understanding their unique needs in the market place. John also holds a position on the board of the company, as a director. John has also experience in the Insurance and Real Estate industry which gives him a good grounding in these other areas. John is a member of the FBAA (Finance Brokers Association of Australia) and incorporates FBAA best practices within the business known as Finance Here. He also holds a UCCC Accreditation Certificate issued by the FBAA. John was appointed a Counselor for the NSW Branch of the FBAA in late 2007.

With the recent advent of the Anti-Money Laundering legislation coming into effect on December 12th, 2007, John is fully compliant under this act as well, holding the appropriate certification.

Mark Colbert

Mark has worked in the Financial Services Industry for over twelve years. Mark has completed his diploma of Financial Planning (DFP) and is able to advise on all aspects of Financial Planning including Wealth Creation/Growth; Investment Planning; risk Strategies and Retirement Planning. Mark works closely with Finance Here and ensures that any current client Financial Plans that may be in place can continue to work taking into consideration any additional finance.

This is of particular importance when working with retired clients to ensure that any Centrelink entitlements are not jeopardised. Mark is also able to assist clients in Budget preparation and implementation, which has proven to be a valuable service for clients considering future property purchase/investment. Mark provides a mobile service and is available for home visits seven days per week.

Mark is a strategic partner with Finance Here and operates his own independent business known as Exact Insurance Solutions. He is fully licensed Financial Planner under the relevant authorities.
